Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or playing KRIBBIRK at kribbirk.com in your web browser, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
KRIBBIRK is a free daily logic pursuit game set in the fictional town of Bellowsford. Each day a new pursuit is published. You may play without an account, or register to track your statistics and access the archive. The 1960s Casebook is an optional one-off digital purchase (£4.99) that requires a free account: access and progress are tied to that account and are not transferable. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- You can delete your account at any time from the menu in the game. Deletion is permanent, and if you have bought The 1960s Casebook it ends your access to it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its systems, or another user’s data.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service, including automated means, scripts, or excessive requests.
- Attempt to manipulate statistics, streaks, or leaderboards, or to reverse-engineer pursuit solutions before publication.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or publish pursuit content, except where a specific reproduction licence is stated, including the Kribbirk Weekly Community Reproduction Licence.
5. Intellectual property
KRIBBIRK, the Bellowsford setting, pursuit content, maps, artwork, and the KRIBBIRK name and logo are owned by Bellowsford Mysteries and protected by intellectual property laws. Except where a specific reproduction licence is stated, including the Kribbirk Weekly Community Reproduction Licence, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without our written permission. The daily pursuit, the paid Casebook cases and the Kribbirk paperback puzzles are not covered by any free reproduction licence.
6. User content
Any content you submit (such as a display name) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a licence to use it solely to operate and display the service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defect will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bellowsford Mysteries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the menu in the game. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, without notice.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the last revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us via the Bellowsford website at bellowsford.com.
